Petrol Lead Substitute

Lead substitute (replacement) lubricates soft valve seats and protects them against wear. So that older cars and classics (developed to run on leaded fuel) can run on modern unleaded petrol. Specially developed as a substitute for lead in the fuel due to the obligation for environmentally friendly fuels.

Flash point: > 60°C
Ignition temperature: 230°C
Physical state: Colorless


  • Forming a protective and lubricating coating on the valves and valve seats (like leaded petrol does)
  • Preventing formation of micro welding by protecting the soft valve seats against premature wear when using unleaded petrol
  • Preventing degradation of the fuel in the tank when the engine is put out of service for several months
  • Protecting the fuel against oxidation
  • Preventing deposit formation in the tank and filter caused by oxidation products
  • Easy start after a non-operational period
  • Safe for the catalytic converter
  • Completely soluble in petrol
  • Does not influence the octane number
